In addition, she manages the legal clinics for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at LaGuardia Community College. Prior to 2020, she was based in Bloomberg's New York office, providing intellectual property and general commercial legal guidance for financial technology products. Valerie is the founder of Bloomberg's pro bono program, which launched in 2016, and she serves on the board of Legal Information for Families Today. A graduate of The George Washington University Law School, Valerie is admitted to practice in New York.
